When did Bobby Brady move in?

Ok, I am going to attempt to catch you all up on some of our latest family fun :-)  Attempt being the key word here!  Homeschooling while chasing a very active almost 9 month old around the house makes it hard to blog ;-)


Well...our first born is now a teen...T & I never felt our age until this happened.  Now 40 seems a lot harder on us!  My baby boy was born three months early on December 13, 1998, weighing 1 lb 6 oz...now a 13 year old who is as tall as me (5'4) and definitely doesn't weigh 1 lb anymore..complete with the funny, wavering "Bobby Brady" voice as we call it around the house.


J decided on a simple and low-key birthday this year.  We took his cousin N and one of his best buds TFK to the Incredible Pizza Company in Conroe.  We had heard rumors of this "Chuck-e-Cheese on Steroids" and had to find out for ourselves. 

It was really fun!  And not as cramped as CCC (Crappy Chuck-e-Cheese...Grandad's name for it).  The boys had a blast, even on the car ride there and back. 

J was pumped because he was finally able to play a few games of lazer tag.  They also tried the bumper cars.

Even SP had a great time.  He LOVED the lights and music.  And he wants to be "one of the boys" so badly :-)  We told N, J and TFK they'd better kiss up to SP because he'll be the one drawing in the girls for them in a few years with his cuteness!

After getting back home, we continued the celebration with a "pizza" cake and a few gifts.  Another great birthday I will hopefully scrapbook before he turns 14...ok, maybe 15? ;-)
