Round Rock Donuts. They have been around since 1926, I had never heard of it. Their yeast-risen, yellow donuts (due to the fresh eggs used) are amazing. Whether plain or chocolate glazed, you will absolutely NOT be disappointed.
And oh yea...we definitely went for the 2 pounder, how could we resist??
This was the highlight of our drive down to camp this summer...always food with us...there is something wrong with that isn't it? ha!

Oh, fun! We're huge Food Network fans, so my boys will certainly be jealous.
So did J eat the whole thing? We never make it down that way so I guess my kids will have to live without the 2 pound donut.
How awesome! My hubby is from Round Rock and CONSTANTLY talks about THE Round Rock Donuts. I have never had them but according to him, they are THE BEST. Every time we pass Krispy Kreme he says "ugh, those are too sweet. Round Rock Donuts are so much better." Hmmm...I'm going to have to find out sometime. I didn't know about the 2 pounder though, that's awesome! :0)
