Join us, won't you?

My friend over at Grateful for Grace has posted a challenge of sorts.  Have you heard of the 90 day bible reading plan?  Well, I tried it last spring...and I stopped after Leviticus...I ended up a few days behind and no way would I catch up.

GFG has posted a 6 month bible reading plan.  She and her son did the 90 day challenge last year but decided that while it was great reading the whole bible, it's a lot to cover in 90 days (trust me on that one!).

Well, J & I are going to join them (starting today), in place of the regularly scheduled bible reading that goes with our curriculum.  He is at an age where he still has so many questions, even though he has accepted Christ as his Savior, and we encourage the questions because we don't want him to simply believe because we believe.  We want him to know for himself exactly why he decided a few years ago to accept God and then later be baptized.  And I simply need to read the whole bible, not just bits and pieces for studies, etc...(there is nothing wrong with that, don't get me wrong, but I need to really know context).

So...will you join us?  Let me know if you go to GFG's blog and follow her reading schedule.  I would love to know who else joins up!

Wow! God bless your reading. I'm reading through this year. 90 days sounds really intense.
