ONE!!

Oh the time is passing so quickly!  Just a short year ago, I received a phone call after a lovely dinner with a lovely friend of mine, that SP's birthmom was in labor...talk about an exciting way to end a great day!  

This Easter Sunday, we celebrated little man's First Birthday, Blues Clues style :-)  (Yes, I have shamelessly started him on Blues Clues thanks to Netflix.  It was his big brother's very favorite show when he was little too).  We were joined by grandparents and several friends who have been with us since we found out we were going to be able to adopt this sweet baby.  

He is so ready to be one of the big kids!

He was a little more quiet than his usual self because of all of the people, but he had a wonderful day.  

 The love and joy surrounding this boy is so evident in the faces of our loved ones and in his eyes and smile.  We love him so much and can't imagine life without him!
