Feelin' the Force

Oh...my boys (mainly T) could not have been more excited!  They had impatiently been waiting for this event to arrive.  Star Wars the Clone Wars at NASA in July.  We were definitely not let down.  


They learned to be Jedi fighters from Obiwan

Watched lightsaber duels between Darth Moll (guy on right) and Obiwan

J said "ok, I guess it's pretty awesome to be a wheelchair kid, I was the only one who got to hold the dual lightsaber!"

And yes, we did end with a short movie and tour of part of NASA...I hadn't been since I was in third grade, it was great.  We hope to go back again sometime to take the tram tour also.  


And if I haven't mentioned this before...our home has most definitely progressed over the last 2 years from Spider-Man to Batman to Star Wars.  T has waited several years for J to become interested in Star Wars, he couldn't be a more proud Dad (that's crazy, right? I'm still stuck in the Toy Story mindset!)
