9-9-9 Challenge

UPDATE: 6 books down on this list :)

Can you tell I'm not at home and I'm without my own laptop? Otherwise, I'd be digi scrappin' and finishing my kitchen floors, not spending so much fun time on the blog :~)

Well, I have been wanting to do this for a few days since I found it on Journey's blog. The idea is to read 9 books in 9 categories during this year 2009. I actually tried keeping track of the books I read in 2007, simply because I wanted to remember which books I really enjoyed and which ones I would never pick up again. I also tend to read a lot of those Christian Amish-themed books but I get them confused very easily...I thought this would help me keep track. Anyway...the operative word there is "tried"...didn't keep it up.

So, let me know if you decide to join in with this challenge and who knows...maybe I'll give out a prize or two come December for those of you who actually do read all 81 books on your list!! Come on, AG ...you've probably read 5 already...join up!

Some of these are what I plan to read, and since I'm not at home, my lists are not complete yet. I will add books as I decide on them and/or read them :~) There are other bloggers doing this that have other categories, just go with what you think you will read or try. A ~ symbol means it's accomplished :)
