I've been a bit behind on picture postings lately! I think I've mentioned previously that Dad taught me how to make jam/jelly last Thanksgiving. Well, I'm hooked! I feel like Ma Ingalls :) So a few weeks ago, I was able to teach 2 sweet young girls here in town how to make jam! They are doing a unit on Little House on the Prairie and are learning many cool things that were done back in that time. They made me an apron and everything (which says "Jelly Queen" on it, ha!), we had a wonderful time. We ended up with strawberry, blueberry and triple berry jams. Only thing we didn't have were biscuits to try it all :) Thanks Dad! I'm ready to learn how to can veggies now!
